Dallas Mavericks (38-41) versus Los Angeles Lakers (48-31) is a Western Conference matchup on Tuesday night at the American Airlines Center. Dallas will come into this matchup realizing they won’t make the playoffs after a disappointing campaign. Trading off Luca Doncic to the Lakers in February has proved to be a disastrous decision, with fans asking for answers from the management. The Lakers are coming off a painful 16-point defeat to the Thunder, meaning there’s no room for slip-ups in the race to secure the No. 3 seed. Only the Thunder and the Rockets have bagged their playoff positions in the conference.
