The Los Angeles Clippers and the Phoenix Suns are set to clash at Footprint Center tonight in a matchup between two teams desperately seeking momentum. The Clippers have struggled mightily in recent games, dropping five of their last six, including back-to-back losses to the Lakers. While Kevin Durant posted 26 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists, the team’s 22 turnovers and defensive lapses sealed their fate. Defensive struggles have been a recurring issue for Phoenix, as they have allowed at least 116 points in 13 of their last 14 games, ranking near the bottom of the league in adjusted defensive efficiency.
