After midweek upset in the CONCACAF Champions Cup, losing to Mexico's Tigres, the Los Angeles Galaxy get back down to business in Major League Soccer on Saturday evening, and they'll do so in front of a home crowd at Dignity Health Sports Park. Not only are the hosts looking to bounce back after that continental defeat in the week, but they're also looking to atone for some rather poor domestic efforts in recent weeks. The men who went all the way to MLS Cup glory last season have struggled to get going in 2025, so much so that they approach this junction without a win in six games.
In contrast, the Dynamo came out on top in narrow fashion against the the Galaxy's city rivals last weekend, beating LAFC by a goal to zero in front of a home crowd. Such a result should mean that the visitors to go Carson feeling upbeat about their chances of upsetting a home team that has had less time to rest and prepare for this game.
