Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev will lock horns on Saturday night at UFC 312 inside the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. Gaethje (The Highlight) brings an impressive 25-5-0 record inside the Octagon. This is Gaethje's first fight after his KO loss to Max Holloway at UFC 303 in April last year. He will be looking to recover from this loss when he faces the man he defeated in March 2023 by a majority decision. The Arizona fighter is third in the lightweight division.
Like The Highlight, Rafel Fiziev (Ataman) has also been out of UFC action for a while. He brings a 12-3-0 record into this matchup and hasn't fought since September 2023. After his loss to Gaethje, he fought Gamrot at UFC Fight Night, losing by KO in round two. He hasn't fought after tearing his ACL in that contest, although he was cleared to return to action in September 2024. He is 11th in the official UFC lightweight division.
