Los Angeles Lakers (42-25) versus Denver Nuggets (44-25) is an exciting Western Conference matchup at the Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday night. Both teams have performed excellently this season, and a win in this matchup will crown their recent improvement. The Lakers managed to end their five-game slide last weekend after beating the Suns 107-96 at home.
They followed that up with a 16-point victory over the Spurs and will now have an eye on defeating the Nuggets and reclaiming their second spot in the conference standings. However, Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets won’t make it easy here, as they’ll be shooting for a win to pip the Rockets to the second spot. Like the Lakers, the Nuggets are coming off a tough stretch, losing four of their last 10 games. However, they showed they still have a lot left in the tank on Monday after defeating the Warriors 105-114. Michael Malone’s mean will definitely want a more convincing win this time.
