Big hitting Canadian Denis Shapovalov will be looking to make it to the last 32 of Wimbledon for the third time when he faces German Daniel Altmaier on Wednesday. Altmaier needed five sets to see off British wild card Arthur Fery in the first round, whilst Shapovalov secured a straight sets victory over 19th seed Nicolás Jarry. The Canadian has experienced various injury problems over the last 18 months, but he has performed well at Wimbledon in the past, making it to round four last year and reaching the semi finals back in 2021.
