Another of Saturday's interesting Major League Soccer fixtures sees DC United and Cincinnati clash at Audi Field, where the hosts will be looking to improve following what was a hugely disappointing effort on the road in San Jose last time out. For the third game in a row, the men from Washington DC came unstuck, but this time, they lost all defensive solidity conceding no less than six goals. That's now 12 goals conceded in three games. Such defensive form just will not do.
Meanwhile, Saturday's visitors got the job done for the second week in a row, beating the New England Revolution by a solid goal to zero, showing far more defensive stubborness than the DC boys, who've kept just one clean sheet this season. Then again, the men in orange and blue haven't always been secure at the back, recording only three shutouts in 11 competitive games.
