The Washington Mystics and Dallas Wings will run back their Saturday encounter for a back-to-back weekend. Washington thwarted most of Dallas’ offense, leading to a 97-69 blowout victory on home court. It was only their 3rd win of the year, putting them level with Dallas in the wins column. The tie will be broken tomorrow, however, in an afternoon edition of the WNBA. Emily Engstler had herself a career day, scoring 23 points to give Dallas their 10th straight loss. It was also a season-high 97 points for Washington, which was also aided by a double-double from Stefanie Dolson. Arike Ogunbowale, who averages a WNBA 2nd-most 25 points per game, was only able to muster 6 on Saturday against the stout Washington defense. In fairness to the Wings, they are very short-handed. Jaelyn Brown, Maddy Siegrist and Satou Sabally have recently joined Awak Kuier in the rehab center with various injuries and are unlikely to feature on Sunday.Limited Offer.
