New York Knicks (50-29) versus Cleveland Cavaliers (63-16) is an exciting Eastern Conference matchup on Friday Night at Madison Square Garden. Both sides have already confirmed their postseason spots, although the Knicks still have work to do to take the No. 3 seed. They are just two games above the Pacers, who are in great form after winning their last five assignments. Their rivals will definitely smell a golden chance if the Knicks lose to the Pistons and the Cavs.
