The Cincinnati Bearcats try to add insult to UCF Knights’ injury on Saturday when they march into the hurricane-ravaged FBC Mortgage Stadium in Orlando, Florida. The Bearcats will attempt to recover from a 44-41 loss to Texas Tech Raiders last week by handing UCF their third straight loss. Cincinnati quarterback Brendan Sorsby is having a terrific season, throwing for 1,481 yards with 12 touchdowns and one interception. The Bearcats rank 15th in the nation in passing yards per game (301.2 yards) and 44th in rushing yards per game (183.8). After winning their first three assignments, the UCF Knights got a reality check following losses to Colorado 48-21 and Florida 24-13. Led by their dynamic running back RJ Harvey, UCF boasts the nation's fourth-best running offense in terms of yards per game (282.4 yards). Their passing game has been an afterthought though, as prized quarterback KJ Jefferson hasn’t lived up to his billing, completing only seven touchdowns with four interceptions.
