He has gone a combined 6-7 with a double and a homerun while knocking in 3 RBIs. Today, Seth Lugo (11-4, 2.48) will try to follow up Wacha and Singer’s performances as he will be on the mound for the Royals. He will look to shake off his last start which came against Boston. He only made it through 5 innings and allowed 5 runs on 10 hits and took his 4th loss of the season. Drew Thorpe (3-1, 3.58) will go for Chicago.
