He picked up his 7th win of the season as the Brewers bullpen took care of things the rest of the way. The win extended the Brewers current win streak to 5 games and extended their lead in the NL Central to 6.5 games over the Cardinals. Today, Tobias Myers (5-2, 3.12), will be on the hill for Milwaukee as they look to reach a 6-game winning streak. He went 5 innings and allowed just 1 run on 5 hits against a solid Padres lineup in his last start. He will faceoff with the Cubs' Just Steele (0-3, 3.08), who has yet to find a way to pick up a win this season. Oddly enough, Steele has allowed just 6 runs over his last 39 innings of work.
