The Wizards earned their first win in their third game, downing the Hawks, 121-119. Kyle Kuzma delivered a stellar all-around performance, tallying 25 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists to lead the charge for Washington, who shot near 50 percent from beyond the arc at 47.7 percent. Meanwhile, Monday’s loss to Washington gave the Hawks its first losing streak this season. Trae Young flirted with a triple-double by posting 14 points, 13 rebounds and 8 assists. However, the Hawks could only make two of his 15 field goal attempts and turned the ball over six times. Small forward Jalen Johnson balled out though as he recorded 29 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists in 39 minutes.
