These terms and conditions define the conditions under which a visitor uses the mobile applications and the sportytrader.com website(s).

We thank you for taking the time to read our current general conditions of use carefully. Your use of these services implies your acceptance of our general terms of use. You also agree to use our services only in accordance with the laws of your country of origin.

1 - Description of the services

As defined below, the term "Service" means all sportytrader.com websites or any other extension hereafter SportyTrader or "we" or "us".

SportyTrader.com is an Internet site that makes available to the public websites that provide sports information. We also have mobile applications available via ITUNES, GOOGLE PLAY and WINDOWS PHONE, in particular, and this is worldwide coverage.

The service allows users to follow live sports results, forecasts for upcoming sports events, consult sports rankings and other sports-related information services. It includes a whole range of functionalities that are usual in this type of service. We may at any time modify or remove these features as we deem appropriate.

The sites published by Sportytrader may contain hypertext links to other websites managed by third parties over which we have no control.

Consequently, we are in no way responsible for the content, information, products and services offered on the sites accessible via the hypertext links on our site. We can in no way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of these sites.

2 - Reporting of illicit external content

Any person may at any time notify us of a hypertext link pointing to an illicit external content. If this occurs, then we will remove it if this action is appropriate as soon as we can. Please contact us by emailing: request(at)sportytrader.com.

In this case, SportyTrader will remove the hyperlink on its service. It is not possible for us under any circumstances. As a general rule, the publisher or host of the disputed external content should be contacted.

3 - Duration of service

The service is provided for an unlimited period of time.

Because the service is free of charge, the user has no right of withdrawal for the purpose of obtaining a refund but may terminate the service at any time. Similarly, SportyTrader does not guarantee the duration of the Service and reserves the right to interrupt and terminate the Service at any time.

All Visitors must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other legal reason, SportyTrader may suspend or terminate the Service immediately or at any other time at SportyTrader's discretion, ipso jure and without prior notice.

SportyTrader may at any time, even without prior notice being given, decide to suspend or terminate the provision of the Service at its sole discretion.

SportyTrader informs its users that the news and information that can be read on our site is provided without any guarantee of reliability, correctness, completeness or accuracy. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and SportyTrader makes no warranties in this regard other than those warranted by law. Sportytrader is not responsible for any loss or damage that the User may incur as a result of the existence of such external sites or resources or as a result of reliance placed by the User on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or data on or accessible from such Internet sites or external resources.

The User may not hold SportyTrader liable for any cause whatsoever and in particular in the event of force majeure, computer or technical malfunction of the User, loss of access to the Service by the User, failure of the electronic communication network or the User's access provider, misuse of the Service by the User, fault, negligence, omission or failure on the part of the User, failure to comply with advice given, the unlawful disclosure or use of a password given confidentially to the User, the fault, negligence or omission of a third party over whom

SportyTrader has no control or supervision, the request for temporary or permanent interruption of the service from a competent administrative or judicial authority, or the notification of a third party within the meaning of Article 6 of the LCEN, partial or total destruction of the information transmitted or stored as a result of errors directly or indirectly attributable to the User.

SportyTrader does not make any specific backup of the data consulted by the user. It is the responsibility of the user to take all necessary measures to save this data.

SportyTrader can never be held liable for any external content, even illicit content, even if the application or website contains a link to such content.

5 - Personal Data

The user has at any time, a right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him by sending an email to the address: contact(at)sportytrader.com. It is also possible at any time to modify your personal information contained on your profile page.

SportyTrader may possibly collect personal data of the user when registering for the service, such as his/her first name, e-mail address, postal address, or any other identification data, including IP address. 6 - Use of the service

Only personal use of the service is allowed. Any commercial use of the service is prohibited. Any user, agrees not to post on the service, especially on the forums information of a pornographic or degrading nature, material that infringes the rights of third parties, in particular any intellectual property rights, image rights, or privacy rights, disparaging or denigrating the activities or reputation of an individual or company, that may violate public order or contravene legal provisions relating to defamation, protection of minors and minorities, of a religious, political or racial nature.

8 - Applicable law - Jurisdiction

Subject to public policy provisions applicable to consumers, these general conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute in connection with the interpretation, execution or termination of these general conditions of use, the parties will seek an amicable solution prior to any legal action.

If there is persistent disagreement, the parties shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the competent courts of LILLE (France), even in the event of multiple defendants or a call for guarantee, subject to the public policy provisions applicable hereto.
