What is the Bet365 Golf Live Tracker?
Table of contents
Betting on golf is great fun. Most tournaments last four days, so if you back a player who gets into contention, you can be following your bet over all of those days. A lot of tournaments are shown live on television but if you can’t watch the live action, how do you follow what’s going on? The new Bet365 Golf Live Tracker is the answer to that problem.
Follow All the Action
This fantastic feature supplies you with shot-by-shot data for each of the players taking part in the tournament. You can use it to see on which hole your selection (or their opponents) are on, how many shots they have played, just where they are on the hole and how far they are from the pin. That can be great fun if following big-hitting Byron DeChambeau.
All of this means that you can follow the players around the course. You will know if they are in with a good chance of a birdie or eagle or trying their best to make a par. If the tournament is in its latter stages, you can use the golf tracker to look at their previous round scores. That means if a player is in their fourth round and about to play the fifth hole, you can instantly use the tracker to see how they’ve got on at that hole in previous rounds.
Par three holes are always the most exciting. This is where players have the chance to get a hole in one and boost their chances of winning the tournament. Then again, they could make a right mess of it and take a 4, 5 or even worse (golfers will know what that’s all about). The Golf Live Tracker has live streaming for the par three holes on at least 80 PGA and European tour events. Just look for the holes in the yellow colour.

The Leaderboard
Hopefully, your selection will be in contention to win the tournament. If you back your player each-way, the chances are they could finish in the top four or five and you’d still receive a profitable return on your wager. That’s because odds can be quite high in golf. It’s important therefore, to be able to see just where your player is on the leaderboard.
The Golf Live Tracker helps you do this which is great news. You may be able to follow a tournament on television/online but they don’t show the leaderboard all the time. With the golf tracker though, that’s not the case. You can use it to see exactly what score each player has so you’ll know exactly what is going on. A search function can be utilised if you wish to follow a specific player.
Follow a Group of Players
It’s not just individual players you can follow around the course. You can choose a group to follow, it’s like walking around the course with them but nowhere near so tiring. The score for each player in the group will be shown. This is very useful if you have placed a match bet for that particular round.
Player Selection
If you select a player’s name on the leaderboard, this gives you what is called the ‘Hole’ Tab. There are tons of helpful information here including the layout of the hole that is being played, the distance of the last shot and how far the ball is from the pin.
You can see therefore that the Golf Live Tracker is a feature you will love to get your hands on. It gives the user so much information, it’s almost like being on the course yourself. You can use it to follow your bets on the tournament and with in-play betting available you can place more bets if you so desire. The graphics on the Golf Live Tracker are fantastic and so clear and easy to read. It’s easy to use too with drop-down menus available to guide you in the right direction. Golf fans will just love this, the way they follow golf will never be the same again.
