How are they doing up until now?
The best out of the four is Tottenham, lying in third place. Arsenal lie in 6th, Liverpool in 8th. Poor Everton are in 16th, 2 points above the drop zone. The Merseyside teams have a lot to do to catch up with the London sides. Read on to find out or predictions.
Tottenham need this win to end the Wembley curse
Tottenham is temporarily playing their home games in Wembley stadium this season until their new stadium is finished being built. So far, their home form hasn’t been very convincing. A win against a big team is what they need. Both teams are in great form. Tottenham drew to the European champions 1-1 away from home, while Liverpool trashed NK Maribor 7-0 in the Champions League. Liverpool will be needing the win more, trailing further and further from the top each week, however Tottenham are at home and will try their hardest for the win. Tottenham’s form as been also very poor against Liverpool in recent times, losing twice last year. Tottenham will be favourites if you compare recent form, but if you compare the past Liverpool will be the favourites.

The Blues need this win to forget their disastrous start
After a great summer of signings, buying Rooney, Pickford, Sigurosson and Klaassen. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the start they wanted and find themselves just above the relegation zone. However, it is only early days and they know that it takes time to get these players used to playing with each other. They now have a chance to prove how good they are in front of the home crowd against a big club. Arsenal have been going well until they lost to Watford last weekend which will alter their confidence. A noisy Everton crowd and a team whiling to win may be too much for Arsenal. Everton’s form against Arsenal has been very poor but Everton won’t forget the 2-1 win at Goodison park last December. Morgan Schneiderlin and Aaron Lennon are both doubts, while Roos Barkley (hamstring), Sheamus Coleman (broken leg) and Ramiro Funes Mori (knee) are all long-term absentees.
Wayne Rooney will likely start, and will hope to have the same kind of impact he did as when he announced himself to the world with a wonder goal against Arsenal almost 15 years to the day.Wilshere was very impressive in the Europa League this week and will likely start again. Danny Welbeck is out with a hamstring problem and will need to look to Giroud for the goals.
