Empoli are 8th in Serie A and host Frosinone who are one from bottom in the table. The home side haven’t won any of their last three home games but don’t let that put you off. Two of those games have ended in draws against Udinese and AC Milan with the other being a loss to Inter, all much better sides than their opponents today. Before that, Empoli beat Lazio and Carpi. Sociedad are 11th in the table and host Granada who are one from bottom. The home side have won their last two league games and thrashed Espanyol 5-0 away last weekend and have just one defeat in their last six league matches. They have only lost one of their last five home league games and that was to fourth placed Vlllarreal. Granada have lost six of their last seven league and cup games and away from home they have lost their last five games by an aggregate of 18-2.
