Two Carabao Cup clashes

Tonight and tomorrow night, the English League Cup, which has been known as the Carabao Cup for a few seasons now for sponsorship reasons, offers us two big games. And while we're fast becoming accustomed to the English game, these two new clashes will be closely watched, and could once again provide us with a superb spectacle.

Arsenal, the favourites in our Carabao Cup forecast, Newcastle, Tottenham and Liverpool are on the agenda. Who will reach the final? Here's what to expect:

Spain: after the Cup, the Super Cup!

Mbappe - Spanish Super Cup

Last weekend, as well as on Monday evening and tonight, the Spanish Cup was the competition to watch on the Iberian Peninsula. Tomorrow and Thursday evening, it is the Spanish Super Cup that steals the show, a competition that will be played in Saudi Arabia, as has been the case for 3 editions now.

After Real's first victory in 2022 at King Fahd Stadium, Barcelona's in 2023 at the same venue and Real's second last year at Al-Awwal Park, who will win the 2025 edition? Will there be another Clasico in the final? Find out below.

Portuguese League Cup: the big 4 in the semi-finals

Gyokeres - Portuguese League Cup

Not far from Spain, we head to Portugal for the League Cup semi-finals. What's on the bill? The country's big 4! There are two clashes between Sporting and FC Porto on Tuesday evening, followed by Benfica and Braga on Wednesday.

Which final can we expect? Will FC Porto take advantage of Sporting's average form to produce a magnificent final with a Portuguese classic against Benfica?
