He will hope to be as dominant throughout the tournament in his quest to take charge of his season. Fognini has struggled in 2023 and has lost more matches than he has won. He has compiled a 14-15 record. A positive note though is that all 14 of his victories have been on clay. The former world number nine is currently ranked 146th in the live ranking.
