The Washington Wizards, who are two losses away from securing the second-worst record in franchise history, fell to 17-62 in the Eastern Conference after losing 104-98 against the Indiana Pacers at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Tuesday.

Justin Champagnie led the way with 20 points and 13 rebounds, while Alex Sarr had 20 points and 12 rebounds. Jordan Poole (19) and Carlton Carrington (13) combined for 32 points.

The Wizards have dropped three games in a row and are 1-6 in their last seven outings. Their performance at Capital One Arena has seen them lose six of their last seven games.

The Philadelphia 76ers, on the other hand, had three players score in double digits during their 117-105 away defeat to the Miami Heat on Monday. This result marked their 12th straight loss.

Quentin Grimes led the way with 29 points, while Lonnie Walker contributed 29. Adem Bona achieved a double-double scoring 16 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. 

After the loss, the 76ers are 23-56 in the Eastern Conference and are closing in on securing one of the five worst records, which could significantly affect their NBA draft lottery pick.
