The hosts and defending champions Wales find themselves in fifth position with five points while France are three points clear at the top of the table with 13 points. Wales need a minor miracle to challenge for the title but they can still have a big say as to who is crowned champion. Wales lost their last match 23-19 away to England but the scoreline does not tell the story as they were 17-0 down at halftime and launched an incredible fightback in the second half. They will need to start better in this match as France have a deadly attacking game. Wales have won their last three home matches and will be looking to cause another upset in front of their home fans.
France could take a giant step to securing their first Six Nations crown since 2010 by winning this match. If they win in this match then they play an out of form England in France in what could be the title deciding match. France were brilliant in their last match against Scotland when they won 36-17 at Murrayfield.
