Ulster have only played the one game in this competition but are still looking for their first win. Their only game so far was a 27-9 home defeat by Saracens who top the pool. They take on a Toulouse side that have so far also lost to Saracens going down 32-7 away and then beating Oyonnax 24-18 at home.  With Oyonnax playing Saracens in their next game the winners of this match will have a good chance of progressing. Ulster are fifth in the Pro12 and had a good win at home to Edinburgh in their last game. Toulouse are third in the Top14 but that is mainly down to their home record. They have just the one win in their last five away games in all competitions and may struggle to improve that record away at Ulster. Twice in the last three seasons they have failed to get past the pool stage and another loss here will put them in big danger of missing out again. Ulster have several key players out injured at present and I reckon a bet on Toulouse on the handicap might just pay dividends here.
