Two seeded players face each other in the last 32 at Wimbledon. 12th seed Tommy Paul hopes to again reach the fourth round but has to defeat the 29th-seeded Alexander Bublik. The winner goes into the last 16 and will face unseeded opposition.

That'll be either former semi-finalist Roberto Bautista Agut or Fabio Fognini. Tommy Paul is the world number 12 but down a place in the live rankings. The American is up to 11th in the ATP Race. He's bidding to reach round four of this grass court Grand Slam for the second time.

The other occasion was in 2022 and he reached round three last year. This is his third grass court tournament of the year. He got to the last eight of the Libema Open but won the Queen's Club title.So far in this tournament, he's beaten unseeded Pedro Martinez in four sets.

He needed five sets to get past Otto Virtanen after trailing two sets to one. Paul leads Bublik 3-1 in previous meetings and won their only match played on clay.

Alexander Bublik is in round three at Wimbledon for the fourth year in a row. Last year saw his best performance when making it to the fourth round. Ranked 23rd in the world, the 27-year-old is 19th in the ATP Live Race.

He played in three grass court warm-up events and reached the last eight of the Libema Open. He was one-set all with Lorenzo Musetti but had to withdraw with an injury. In this tournament, he's also had to go to a final set to win.
