Montenegro can finish third place in this European Women's Handball Championship match if they avoid losing against Sweden. Neither side can reach the semi-finals but third in the group will secure taking part in the fifth/sixth place play-off. Here's our match prediction.
Montenegro has four points in this group after beating Poland in their last match. Before that, they'd won all their three matches in preliminary round Group B but have lost to both Hungary and France in this main round group.
They will be hoping for more goals from Durdina Jaukovic who has scored 38 so far in these championships. A major blow though is the absence of second-highest scorer Dijana Mugosa who is suspended.
Sweden are fifth in the group with just two points. A win will put them in contention for the fifth/sixth play-off but will also need Romania not to win their final match against bottom side Poland.
The Swedes didn't carry any points into this main round and have only two now after losing to Romania and then France. This is the first match between these two countries since last year's World Championships when Sweden won 32-25. We go for Montenegro to win this match on a +4.5 points handicap.
