Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Alex De Minaur Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Los Cabos Open

World number four Stefanos Tsitsipas will take on 18th-ranked Alex de Minaur in the final match of the ATP Los Cabos Open on Sunday. These two have met each other on the ATP circuit on nine previous occasions, and Tsitsipas has won all nine matches. The last meeting came in Barcelona this year, where the Greek won in straight sets. The number one seed had a slight scare in the quarter-final, losing the first set to Nicolas Jarry but fought his way back in the second and claimed the final set for the loss of just two games. It was a much easier match in the semi-final against Borna Coric, with Tsitsipas bringing the match to an end in straight sets and in just over an hour. With his run here, the Greek is now 38-13 for the year and 14-3 on the hard surface. This is his first hardcourt final since the Australian Open at the start of the year, and he is a strong favourite to lift the title. 

Meanwhile, Alex de Minaur has had a solid season to date, and since his final appearance at the Queen’s Club tournament in June, the Australian has improved his world ranking by four places. He has been tested in this tournament, needing three sets to overcome Tommy Paul and Dominik Koepfer in the last two rounds, losing the second set in both matches. De Minaur has already won his first piece of silverware for the year, which came in Acapulco back in February, where he also beat Holger Rune in the semi-final. Since then, he has made three quarter-finals and two final appearances. The Australian is 27-15 for the season and 14-5 on the surface. He has never beaten Tsitsipas at the highest level and is the outsider in this contest as well.
