World number one Jannik Sinner takes on unseeded Miomir Kecmanovic in round three at Wimbledon. Whoever progresses to the last 16 will face either 14th seed Ben Shelton or unseeded Denis Shapovalov for a place in the quarter-finals.

Sinner is the top seed and also top of the ATP Live Race. He's had two tough matches so far in this year's Wimbledon tournament. Yannick Hanfmann took him to four sets in round one and then he beat Matteo Berrettini in the same number of sets.

Both matches saw him drop the third set of the match. Against Berrettini, each of the three sets that Sinner won came via a tie-break. Before this tournament, he had a big boost when winning the Halle Open, his first grass court title.

His best performance at Wimbledon has been reaching the last four here in 2023. He reached the quarter-finals the year before that. Sinner has won all three of his previous matches against Kecmanovic but this is their first match on a grass court. 

Miomir Kecmanovic is in the third round of WImbledon for only the second time. The Serb also got to this stage in 2022 but lost in round one last year. It's gone better this week for the world number 52 but he's had to play nine sets so far.

Round one saw him beat unseeded Sumit Nagal in four sets. He then knocked out the 27th seed but had to win the last two sets to do so. Only five games were lost in those two sets. He's now up to 46th in the live rankings. We go for over 29.5 games in the match.
