Jannik Sinner vs Carlos Alcaraz Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Beijing Open

The top two seeds meet in the final of the hard court China Open. World number one Jannik Sinner bids to win his third consecutive tournament but faces an in-form second seed Carlos Alcaraz. Time for our match prediction,

Jannik Sinner has won six ATP Tour titles this year and all but one of them has come on a hard court. Two Grand Slam titles have been won by the Italian and he is clear at the top of both the overall rankings and Live ATP Race.

Sinner has won his last two tournaments but has reached this final without beating a seed and dropping two sets in his first couple of matches. He then defeated Jiri Lehecka and Yunchaokete Bu in straight sets but both matches included a tie-break.

The Italian trails Alcaraz 6-3 in previous meetings. It may have been a dominant year for Sinner but he's lost both of his matches played against Alcaraz with one of them being played on a hard court.

Alcaraz has won four of his six hard court matches against Sinner. One of his losses though was in the semi-final of this tournament last year. 

Carlos Alcaraz is back up to number two in the overall and ATP Live Race. The 21-year-old only has Sinner ahead of him but the Italian has a clear lead. A win in this final will give him his fourth title of the year and second on this surface.

He was disappointingly beaten in round two of the US Open but has rediscovered his best form since then. He was unbeaten in the Davis Cup and Laver Cup singles and has reached this final without dropping a set.
