Pool 3 of the 2024/25 European Rugby Champions Cup sees Saracens host Bulls this weekend. Also taking part in this pool are Northampton Saints, Stade Francais Paris, Munster and Castres. Here's our match prediction.
Saracens reached the last 16 of this competition in 2023/24 with their opponents going one round further. The English Premiership side are fourth in the table after the first seven games of the new season. Two of their three home games have been won, though they did lose the last one to Leicester Tigers.
Before that three-point defeat, they had recorded home victories over Sale Sharks and Exeter Chiefs. Saracens will have England lock Mao Itoje back to captain them after his absence during the autumn internationals. Jamie George also makes his return for Saracens.
Bulls have had a long journey from South Africa for this European Rugby Champions Cup game. They are currently third in the United Rugby Championship with five wins and just the one defeat. That loss came on the road when losing away to Scarlets. They have had wins over Ospreys, Benetton and Connacht
