San Antonio Spurs vs Charlotte Hornets Prediction & Betting Tips - NBA

This Friday, the San Antonio Spurs (27-37) and the Charlotte Hornets (16-49) will meet at Frost Bank Center in an NBA cross-conference clash. The Spurs are 12th in the Western Conference table, while the Hornets are 14th in the Eastern Conference. Here's our match prediction. 

The San Antonio Spurs were involved in a home-and-home series against the injury-riddled Dallas Mavericks. They lost the first encounter 133-129 but bounced back with a recent 126-116 victory in the second matchup.

In the second matchup, De'Aaron Fox led the team with 32 points, had nine rebounds and 11 assists. Keldon Johnson and Jeremy Sochan contributed 18 points each.

The Spurs are playing their third match of a four-game homestand and are trying to make it two wins on the bounce. Before their win over the Mavericks, they were on a three-game skid.

The Charlotte Hornets, on the other hand, were unsuccessful in their attempt to make it three wins in a row for the first time since January 20. 

The Hornets were on the wrong end of a disappointing 123-110 away result against the Atlanta Hawks.  In that match, Miles Bridges delivered a stellar performance leading the team with 31 points.

Hornets have split their last two away games as they enter the third match of a four-game road trip. Their performance so far has been uninspiring with ten losses in 12 outings.
