The Sacramento Kings host the OKC Thunder next in the NBA seeking to return to winning ways. They sit 12th in the Western Conference and trail their visitors who are second by 4.5 games. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Kings are in a rut and will be keen to stop the bleeding here. Mike Brown’s men have managed just two wins from their last seven games. They have lost their last three fixtures and have dropped to 8-9 to start the year.

The Kings, who have lost three of their last four home games, were defeated by the Nets last time out. They are averaging 114.4 points and allowing 112.8 points.

The Thunder got back to winning ways last time out and with their hosts struggling, they will be confident of a second victory. Mike Daigneault’s men had lost back-to-back games before a 109-99 victory over the Blazers.

They have now won 12 of 16 games and possess the joint second-best record in the West. OKC have won their last two meetings with the Kings. On the road, however, they haven’t won in Sacramento since 2020.

Chet Holmgren is unavailable for this trip while Alex Caruso and Isaiah Joe are questionable. The Thunder are averaging 114.3 points and have the second-best defensive rating.
