Sacramento Kings vs Boston Celtics Prediction & Betting Tips - NBA
by Kennedy Kechula in NBA Predictions
The Sacramento Kings will welcome the Boston Celtics for their next NBA regular season assignment. Sacramento heads into this fixture while fourth in the West whereas the Celtics top the standings in the East. The Kings have won their last three games and defeated the Wizards 143-131 last time out. Mike Brown’s men are now seven games above .500 and sit four games off the pace in the West. They have won 10 of 13 games at home and have a 2-1 record against teams from the East. Sacramento, who have at the moment the league’s seventh-best ranked offence, will have an almost full squad with only Alex Len ruled out.
The Boston Celtics have won four straight against the Kings. They will therefore head into this first meeting of the season confident of getting back to winning ways. Boston, who possess the league’s second-best record at 20-6, saw a five-game-winning run snapped last time out in San Francisco. Starting a four-game road trip to the West, Joe Mazulla’s men were defeated 132-126 by the Warriors in OT. All six of their defeats have come away from home. The Celtics are allowing the third-lowest points per game with 109.4 and also have the eighth-best ranked offence. Their offence could take a hit in this game though as leading scorer Jason Tatum has the potential of not being fully fit. Tatum, who is averaging 26.8 points, injured his ankle in the loss to Golden State. He did however finish the game and scored 15 points. Kristaps Porzingis could also be unavailable here.

Our Sacramento Kings vs Boston Celtics Prediction
Our prediction for the Sacramento Kings v the Boston Celtics is for Sacramento to win. Boston have been impeccable at home but when away they have struggled and all their losses have come on the road. They are playing away to a team that has a strong home record and one that has excelled against teams from the East. There is also a possibility that Jason Tatum will not be fully fit for this matchup for the Celtics.
