Match 3 on Night 3 of the 2025 Premier League Darts will see Rob Cross and Nathan Aspinall meet in the quarter-final at the 3Arena in Dublin on Thursday night. Voltage is in fifth place in the league standings with two points while The Asp is in seventh place and has yet to get off the mark. Let’s get into the match prediction!
Rob Cross picked up two points on Night 1 with a 6-4 victory over Stephen Bunting before bowing out to Chris Dobey in the semi-final 2-1.
Last week, Voltage was drawn against defending champion Luke Littler in the opening round, and he took the champ down to the wire but lost the match 6-5.
Cross was in action on Monday in the Players Championship 3 and reached the quarter-final but was knocked out by Jelle Klaasen, marking his third defeat in the last 10 matches.
Meanwhile, Nathan Aspinall is one of only two players along with Stephen Bunting who are yet to record a point in the Premier League having lost their opening matches on Nights 1 and 2.
The Asp was beaten 6-2 by Luke Humphries in Belfast and 6-4 by Gerwyn Price in Glasgow, averaging 95.73 and 96.25 respectively in those games.
Aspinall also has an underwhelming run at the Players Championship 3, losing in round two to Karel Sedlacek, who is ranked 100th globally.
