Rebeka Masarova and Laura Siegemund, both unseeded, will meet in the quarter-finals at the Thailand Open 2. Below are the stats and our prediction for this match.

Masarova will play in the quarter-finals of a tour event for the first time this year. Before arriving in Hua Hin, the Spaniard had not progressed past the second round of a tour tournament.

Siegemund had lost two successive matches before she arrived in Hua Hin. This match marks the first meeting between the two, and the winner will face Mai Hontama, Arianne Hartono or Gao Xinyu in the semis.
