Rain Or Shine Elasto Painters vs Road Warriors Prediction & Betting Tips - PBA, Philippine Cup

It will be a battle of teams at the opposite ends of the points table in the 2020 PBA Philippines Cup as Rain or Shine Elasto Painters will take on Nlex Road Warriors. Rain or Shine are 2nd in the points tally with a win-loss record of 4-1, while the Road Warriors are 10th with a record of 2-5.

Rain or Shine have won four of their five matches and have looked one of the stronger sides of the cup campaign. They started with three straight wins – 87-83 against San Miguel, 91-82 win against Columbian Dyip and a 70-68 win over NorthPort. Although they saw their winning momentum halted with a narrow 89-88 loss against Alaska, Rain or Shine got back to winning ways with 85-82 win over Ginebra. It should be noted that most of Rain or Shine’s wins have been by smaller margins, but they have been authoritative in their displays.

Road Warriors had a completely inverse start to what Rain or Shine dished out and have lost their first three matches. A 102-92 loss to Ginebra started their season which was followed by a 103-100 loss to Magnolia. Blackwater defeated them 98-88 in the third match, but the Road Warriors came back with a 102-88 win over NorthPort. It was back to square one, though, with losses to Meralco (101-92) and Phoenix (114-110). However, they created slight tremor in the competition by defeating the top-ranked TNT KaTropa 109-98 in their last match. Defeating the second-ranked Rain or Shine will make the impact that much more prominent, but the Road Warriors will face a huge challenge to replicate that.
