The Philadelphia 76ers will play host to the Miami Heat at the Wells Fargo Center in the NBA on Wednesday night. The Sixers (20-29) are 11th in the Eastern Conference standings while the Heat are seventh. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The Philadelphia 76ers are getting healthier and it is showing in their results, now with five wins in eight after beating the Dallas Mavericks 118-116 at home last night. 

Joel Embiid made a splash on his return, notching up a triple-double of 29 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists, while Tyrese Maxey led the team with 33 points and 13 assists. 

The Sixers are averaging 109.2 points per game this season (25th in the league) while allowing 112.7 PPG on the defensive end (15th in the NBA).

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat fell to 4-6 in their last 10 games after going down 133-124 to the high-scoring Chicago Bulls on the road last night. 

Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro put up 23 points apiece, while as a team, Miami shot 47% from the field and made just 17 of 44 attempts from beyond the arc. 

Miami are 22nd in the scoring charts, averaging 111.0 points per game, but they are a much better defence, allowing 111.0 PPG (seventh overall).
