The Miami Heat have won nine of their last 14 games and will aim to extend their current winning streak to three games after a hard-fought 104-101 road victory against the Pistons last night. Duncan Robinson led the charge with an outstanding performance, scoring 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting, while Bam Adebayo contributed a double-double with 20 points and 17 rebounds. On offense, Miami are ranked 27th in the league, averaging 110 points per game, while the Philadelphia 76ers allow 112.6 points per game. Interestingly, Miami has been more prolific offensively at home, averaging 112.7 points per game compared to 107.6 points per game on the road. However, their defensive prowess has been their greatest strength this season, conceding just 109.4 points per game, which ranks them fourth-best in the league. The Heat will face challenges with Kevin Love, Josh Richardson, and Tyler Hero sidelined, while Jimmy Butler and Nikola Jovic are questionable for the upcoming game.

Their recent struggles can be partly attributed to an expanding injury list, which includes key players like Joel Embiid, Robert Covington, and De'Anthony Melton.
