The Philadelphia 76ers will be at home for their next NBA regular season match which will be against the Chicago Bulls. Philadelphia is currently third in the Eastern Conference while the Bulls are 12th. The Sixers are currently on a six-match winning run and this is the second-longest winning streak at the moment. It is also their second-longest run this season. Back in November, Nick Nurse’s men went eight games without defeat. The Sixers are coming off a 42-point performance from reigning league MVP Joel Embiid that helped ensure a 138-94 victory over Charlotte. It was their 18th win of the season and moved them to within two games of conference leaders Boston. Philly have won 10 of 13 at home and are averaging 125.1 points a game at their arena. They could be without leading scorer Embiid here though as the big man is managing a knee injury.

The Chicago Bulls are again finding it hard to win games and in their last four matches have won just once. Billy Donovan’s men began December with four successive victories which was the first time this season they had won consecutive matches. But they now look to have reverted to the form that saw them win just five of their first 19 games of the campaign. The Bulls, who are preparing for the final match of a three-game road trip, were defeated 118-116 in Miami last time out. It was the second game of a back-to-back with the Heat and left them seven games below .500. The Bulls, who are averaging the fifth lowest points per game with 109.9, have lost 10 of 13 road games. Chicago could be without forward Torrey Craig as he is listed as ‘Questionable’ with a foot injury. Craig scored 16 points against the Heat. Alex Caruso is also another potential absentee. Caruso missed the second game against the Heat with an ankle problem.
