In-form Fenerbahce will travel to play Panathinaikos, seeking to move into first place in the EuroLeague. They currently sit second and have won two more games than their fifth-placed hosts. Below is our prediction for this match.

Panathinaikos have stuttered recently in Europe, leading to them dropping further back in the race for top spot. The Greek giants had won five straight in the competition before their recent dip in form and had risen to second. 

Now they have lost three times in their last four and are three wins off the pace. The Greens were defeated 87-75 on the road in Milan in the last round to drop to a 14-10 record.

Fenerbahce lost to Panathinaikos in the reverse match and will be keen to dish out the same treatment. The Turkish giants are in excellent form and arrive for this match, having won 12 straight games across all competitions.

They haven’t lost a match since the final week of December. 

Sarunas Jasikevicius’ men have compiled a 16-7 record and are just one win behind current league leaders Olympiacos. Fener also have a game in hand. 

The Yellow Canaries defeated Bologna 95-81 on matchday 24 for their sixth successive victory in Europe.
