Panathinaikos are at home for Game Two of their EuroLeague quarter-final matchups with Anadolu Efes. Possessing home court advantage, they lead this series 1-0 after taking Game One. Read on to find our prediction for this match.

Panathinaikos won Game One 87-83. Juancho Hernangomez had a decisive outing, scoring a game-high 20 points as well as 16 rebounds. Four more players tallied double-digit points for the Greens, including regular season MVP Kendrick Nunn, who put up 15 points.

Panathinaikos, who are the defending European champions, shot 50% from two-point range and converted 19 of 22 attempts from the line. The Greek giants have won the last three times Efes have been in town.

Anadolu Efes will be keen to tie this series up heading into Game Three at home. Luca Banchi’s men were behind by just two points with less than 30 seconds on the clock.

Poor defensive schemes allowed Panathinaikos to score five unanswered points to secure the win. It was a quarter to forget as they were unable to protect their eight-point advantage after the close of the third quarter.

The Turkish giants’ performance, however, will have them believing that they can mount a comeback in this series. Shane Larkin and Vincent Poirier combined for 34 points, with both dropping 17 points. Larkin also had seven rebounds and four assists.
