The Oklahoma City Thunder will play host to the Utah Jazz at the Paycom Center in the NBA on Thursday. OKC (35-7) lead the Western Conference while the Jazz (10-31) are bottom of the standings. Let’s get into the match prediction!

The Oklahoma City Thunder have been the best in the West this season, now aiming for a 16th win in 18 games after trouncing the Nets 127-101 at home on Monday.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander yet again led the Thunder to victory with 27 points and 10 assists, while Isaiah Joe put up 24 points, all of which came from the three-point line. 

OKC are averaging 115.6 points per game this season which ranks ninth in the league, but they are the best defence in the NBA, allowing just 103.5 PPG. 

In total contrast, the Utah Jazz have been the worst team in the conference this season and suffered their third loss on the bounce on Tuesday, beaten 123-119 by the Pelicans. 

Utah shot just 39% from the field in that defeat and made only 11 of their 46 attempts from long range which saw the Pels edge them in overtime. 

The Jazz have been decent on offence, averaging 111.4 points per game (17th), but they have struggled at the other end, allowing 118.2 PPG (27th overall).
