The Oklahoma Thunder and Portland Trail Blazers will face off at the Paycom Center in the NBA on Thursday morning. OKC (11-4) are second in the Western Conference, while the Blazers (6-8) are 13th in the conference standings. Let’s jump into the match prediction.

The Oklahoma Thunder will be aiming to get back in the win column here after suffering a second straight defeat, losing to the Spurs 110-104 last night. 

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander drained 32 points and picked up seven assists and Jalen Williams got 27 points, but the team shot just 41% from the field and a dismal 16 of 53 from the three-point line. 

The Thunder have now slipped to 12th in the scoring charts this season, averaging 114.6 PPG, though they are still an elite defence, allowing just 103.9 PPG (second-best in the league).

Meanwhile, after a stuttering start to the season, the Portland Trail Blazers are enjoying a solid run of results and notched up their third straight win, beating the Hawks 114-110 on Monday. 

Shaedon Sharpe put up 32 points and five assists, and led the team to an impressive comeback, turning a 16-point deficit into a 14-point lead in the second half. 

Still, the Trail Blazers are in the bottom 10 at both ends this season, 27th in scoring (107.4 PPG) and 20th in points allowed (114.2 PPG).
