The Phoenix Suns will be seeking a return to winning ways when they travel to the OKC Thunder next in the NBA. OKC top the Western Conference standings and are one game clear of the Suns in third place. Below is our prediction for this match.

The Thunder have responded superbly to suffering their heaviest loss of the season. After going down by 11 points at home to the Warriors, Mike Daigneault’s men have bounced back with successive home wins.

They defeated the Clippers and then dominated the Pelicans, winning 106-88. The Thunder have won 10 of 12 games and are the first team in the West to double figures in the wins column. The hosts are averaging 116.4 points.

The Suns had a tremendous start to the year and only lost once in their opening nine games. In recent fixtures, however, since leading scorer Kevin Durant suffered a calf injury, they have seen their form dip.

Mike Budenholzer’s men have lost twice in their last three games, both losses coming against the Kings. The most recent setback saw them fall 127-104.

Aside from Durant, Greyson Allen and Bradley Beal have also missed out, and were absent last time against the Kings. The Suns are averaging 114.3 points.
