The Oklahoma City Thunder (34-7) and the Brooklyn Nets (14-28) square off at Paycom Center in the NBA inter-conference clash this Monday. The Thunder are perched at the top of the Western Conference table, while the Nets are 12th in the Eastern Conference. Here's our match prediction. 

Oklahoma City Thunder come into this match after a disappointing 106-98 away defeat against the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday. In that match, the team was held to 38.5% from the field.

As a result of that defeat, the Thunder saw their previous four-match winning streak come to an end and will aim to regain their winning momentum in this one.

On home turf, they've been unassailable recording 11 consecutive wins with their last defeat at Paycom Center being inflicted by the one and only Dallas Mavericks in November.

Such a daring display at home will surely have the Brooklyn Nets quaking in their boots as they seek to halt a two-match losing streak. 

The Nets came close to defeating the Los Angeles Lakers in their recent match but couldn't see it through at the end of the day as they lost 102-101 on the road.

The visitors have not been the happiest of bunches in their road trips this season as they are 9-16 overall. It's worth mentioning they've lost two consecutive matches and are 2-6 in their last eight outings.
