Novak Djokovic vs Lorenzo Musetti Prediction & Betting Tips - Rolex Paris Masters

Novak Djokovic may be only the sixth seed in the Paris Masters but he's playing like a champion. He won this title last year and takes on unseeded Lorenzo Musetti in the quarter finals. The Serb has already qualified for the Tour Finals as he won a Grand Slam title this year and is in the top 20. Winning this match would take him up to eighth in the ATP Race. Djokovic will also be in that position in the world rankings if he can beat Musetti. He's won his last three tournaments and four of the last five. Only Felix Auger-Aliassime has beaten him since May and that was in the Laver Cup. This week has seen him defeat Maxime Cressy and Karen Khachanov without losing a set.

Lorenzo Musetti was a career high 23rd at the start of the Paris Masters. A win over Djokovic will take him up to 20th. The past few months have seen the Italian steadily climbing the ranking. Four months ago he was down at 62nd in the rankings. Since then, he's reached two semi-finals and won the tournament played in Naples. His good form has continued in Paris beating the 15th seed Marin Cilic in the first round and then Nikoloz Basilashvili. In the last 16, Musetti knocked out the third seed Casper Ruud after losing the first set. The pair have had two previous meetings with Djokovic winning both of them. The first match was last year at Roland Garros with Djokovic recovering from two sets down to win. This year was easier with Djokovic earning a straight sets win in Dubai. Go for Djokovic to win this without dropping a set.
