Novak Djokovic vs Cameron Norrie Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Italian Open

Top seeded Novak Djokovic faces the 13th seed Cameron Norrie in the Rome Masters fourth round. Djokovic began this outdoor clay court tournament as the world number one but will slip to second even if retaining his title. Carlos Alcaraz (already out of this Rome Masters) will take over from him and be top seed at Roland Garros. Djokovic has won this tournament on six previous occasions but only once has successfully defended his title. He won two titles down under, including the Australian Open but he's waiting for his third tournament win of 2023. His clay court season hasn't gone too well with a last 16 in Monte Carlo and quarter final appearance in Banja Luka. This Rome Masters has also seen him having to battle hard to progress and he had to go to three sets to get past 20th seeded Girgor Dimitrov in round three.

Unlike his opponent, Cameron Norrie has won a clay court tournament this year. Not just that but he beat Carlos Alcaraz to win the Rio title. Before that he'd won two matches on clay for Great Britain and lost to Alcaraz in the Buenos Aires final. His European clay court season hasn't gone too well though. Three tournaments saw him win two and lose three but he has played better in Rome. Wins have come over qualifier Alexandre Muller and Marton Fucsovics, both won in straight sets. This is his third meeting with Djokovic and he's never beaten him. This is their first match on clay and we feel Djokovic is going to get the win.
