Novak Djokovic vs Alexander Zverev Prediction & Betting Tips - Olympic Tournament

Novak Djokovic continues his amazing run that has seen him win titles in Belgrade, Paris and at Wimbledon. Now he's in the last four against Alexander Zverev at the Olympic Games with the US Open on the horizon. He's won 22 matches in a row and is yet to lose a set in this tournament. The last eight saw him take on home hope Kei Nishikori. He broke many a Japanese heart when dropping just two games against Nishikori. That followed straight set wins over Hugo Dellien, Jan-Lennard Struff and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina. The Serb has beaten Zverev in six of their previous meetings. That doesn't tell the whole story though as the German won two of their first three matches. Since 2018 though, Djokovic has won five in a row, the most recent meeting being at this year's Australian Open.

Alexander Zverev is hoping to win a medal in his first Olympic Games. Even if as expected he loses this match, there'd still be a battle for the Bronze against the loser of Busta and Khachanov. He's won titles in Acupulco and Madrid this year and is yet to lose a set in this tournament. He's beaten Lu Yen-hsun Daniel Elahi Galan (only eight games lost in those matches) and then Nikoloz Basilashvili and in the last eight, Jeremy Chardy.  Djokovic tends to go into a different gear at this stage of a tournament, go for him to win this in straight sets.
