Norway are second in Group B of the Olympic Men's Handball tournament. They are a place and two points ahead of their opponents Hungary. With the top four going into the quarter-finals, both look like qualifying. Time to analyse this match and make our prediction.
The Norwegians have won both of their group matches played so far. They started off with a win over Argentina and followed that up by beating the hosts France. Both of their wins came by a five-goal margin. Their form is strong with an 11-game unbeaten run.
All of those matches have been won bar a draw with Denmark who currently top this group. They last played Hungary four months ago in the Olympic Games qualifiers. Norway won that match by four goals and that was their second successive victory after beating them in last year's World Championships.
Hungary are making their return to the Olympic Games after a 12-year absence. They'd love to win a medal in these Games because five times they've finished in fourth place. Last year saw them get to the last eight of the World Championships and were fifth in the Euros this year.
So far in this group, the Hungarians have been beaten by Egypt but on Monday had a convincing ten-goal win over Argentina. This could be a clos match but we go for Norway to win on a -3.5 goals handicap.
