Norway are third in Group A and already guaranteed a quarter-final place. They finish the group with a match against fourth-placed Germany who could yet drop down the table and miss out on the knockout stages. Read on for our prediction.
Germany's first four group fixtures have produced just two points. That's put them in the final qualifying place but on the same number of points as South Korea and Slovenia. A win will take them into the last eight but that's a big ask.
The Germans started this group poorly with a loss to South Korea. A defeat to Sweden followed but then they got a big 41-22 win over Slovenia. 25 goals were scored by them in the second half of that match. Thursday was disappointing with a loss to Denmark by a single goal.
Norway have booked their place in the last eight but could yet win the group. Sweden are top going into the final set of games and Denmark are second with the Norwegians third. All three teams have six points from their four matches.
They also got off to a poor start with a loss to Sweden. The current European champions (four wins in the last five tournaments) have won three matches since then, Wins have come over Denmark, South Koea and on Thursday they beat Slovenia.
