Nikoloz Basilashvili vs Stefanos Tsitsipas Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Indian Wells

Stefanos Tsitsipas looks to reach the semi-finals at Indian Wells with a win over Nikoloz Basilashvili. The second seed has already qualified for the end-of-season Tour Finals and is chasing his third title of the year. He's already had wins in Monte Carlo and Lyon, both on clay. It's been a consistent year as the Greek world number three has reached four finals this year and is bidding to reach his third Masters semi-final of 2021. He's had victories over Pedro Martinez, Fabio Fognini (after dropping the first set) and Alex de Minaur, again after losing the first set.

Nikoloz Basilashvili is the world number 36 but up to 30 in the live rankings. He's won two titles this year beginning with success in Doha seven months ago. He only won two of his next seven matches but then won a clay court tournament in Munich. Basilashvili does tend to blow hot and cold and he then again played seven matches and only won two of them. He returned to form in the grass court season with a run to the semi-finals in Halle but lost in the first round of Wimbledon to Andy Murray. He's been inconsistent again since then with a couple of quarter finals in seven tournaments. This tournament has seen him beat Christopher Eubanks, Albert Ramos Vinolas (losing the first set) and then a straight sets win over Karen Khachanov. Tsitsipas has won their two previous meetings, both played in 2019. Back the Greek to get another win.
