Nicolás Jarry vs Casper Ruud Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP French Open

An entertaining battle in the French Open is lined up for Monday between Nicholas Jarry and Casoer Ruud. Jarry arrived in Roland Garros right after his triumph in Geneva for his second title of the season. On his path to that title, he defeated Ruud, equaling the head-to-head record between the two at one win each. One week later they meet again and Jarry will be confident as he seeks another win. The Chilean has been exceptional this season, especially on clay where 20 of his 24 wins have come. The latest one saw him overpower Marcos Giron in four sets in the third roundb here. That win saw him move into the ATP top 30 for the first time. He is currently placed at number 29 in the live ranking.

Casper Ruud has also had success on clay this season, a surface that he clearly prefers. The current world number seven has a record of 14 wins and five losses on clay and has one title won so far. Ruud has struggled with his form which has precipitated him dropping out of the ATP top five. He has won 19 matches and lost 11 times. The Norwegian has fared much similarly to Jarry in Paris and has dropped a set in each of his last two matches. He was forced to come back from a set down against Zhang Zhizhen in the last round to win 3-1. A spot in the quarter finals is on the line here. The winner will take on either sixth seed Holger Rune or 23rd seed Francisco Cerundolo in that round.
